“While the Army is trying to make its installations more resilient against natural disasters, physical threats, and cyberattacks, each one faces its own unique situation the Army officials said.”

While these types of vulnerabilities exist, the Army is working with the private sector to make these utilities more secure. Read more about their plans here:
